Chris Savage - Keyboards - September to August 2021
Chris Savage was announced as a new member of Showaddywaddy in August 2020, and made his debut in a gig at Norton Grange Coastal Village on the Isle of Wight the following month on 20th September. This gig consisted of a new and revised line up featuring Andy Pelos, Romeo Challenger, Rob Hewins, Tom Bull and Dave Graham, with Chris on keyboards.
Chris has had a long career as a professional musician, playing with Mud II for 23 years, and also toured with Chris Farlowe, The Merseybeats, Wayne Fontana, Dave Berry, Mike Pender, Cliff Bennett, and Steve Ellis of Love Affair. He also backed Marc Almond, Holly Johnson, Glen Matlock and Steve Harley on the 40th Marc Bolan Anniversary Concert.
Chris left Showaddywaddy after 10 gigs with the band, his last gig being in Great Yarmouth on 14th Sept 2021.
