Trocadero

Showaddywaddy's third album was relased in 1976 and was called Trocadero. It was named after a nightclub in Leicester which had burnt down a few years earlier. The album was heavily publicised at the time, but only got into the top-40 in the album charts. It also featured the single of the same name as the title track.

The album was re-released for the first ever time on CD by 7T's Records on 14th January 2002. The CD featured 'Lucy Jane' (b-side to Heartbeat), 'Teenage Love Affair' (b-side to 'Trocadero'), and 'Under The Moon Of Love' as bonus tracks.


The original album was released with a gatefold sleeve and fetured this painting on the inside:
