New album on general release 9th June 2008

The band's new album, "The Sun Album (I Betcha Gonna Like It!)", (on Voiceprint Music) was released on pre-order during April 2008, and is a return to the band's true rock 'n' roll roots, an album of 17 songs originally recorded for the legendary Sun Records label.
It features Showaddywaddy's interpretations of their favourite Sun recordings from the mid '50s/early '60s, some of which are previously unissued songs recorded for the label, which the band feel are unearthed gems!

Cherry Red Records continue their fine work with Showaddywaddy's back catalogue by re-releasing the band's 1991 album Jump, Boogie & Jive in March 2008 on their 7Ts label (GLAM CD 56).

The album comes complete with extended sleeve notes and bonus tracks "Out On The Town", "Rockin & Rollin With Santa Claus" & "Sympathy"
